Three Affordable Housing Properties in the San Antonio/Kerrville Area
HOUSTON, TX – Allied Orion Group has been selected to manage Brookhollow, Cheyenne Village and Chisolm Trace Apartments–three affordable housing communities in the San Antonio/Kerrville area.
Acquired August 31, 2015 by AV Affordable Housing of Houston in partnership with Think Housing Development of California, all three communities currently provide residents with a wide range of amenities, including pools, playground areas, on-site laundry facilities, clubhouses and planned activities. However, there are substantial reconstruction plans slated for 2016 that will total more than $40,000 per unit. Expanded future services to residents will include computer classes, tutoring and other social service programs.
Brookhollow is a 48-unit community located off I-10 in Kerrville and offers one to three bedroom apartments. Cheyenne Village is a 60-unit community located just west of downtown San Antonio with one and two bedroom floor plan options. Chisolm Trace features one to three bedroom apartments within a 126-unit community and is situated close to I-10 in northwest San Antonio near the USAA corporate headquarters.
