Tammy Fair

Tammy began her career in property management in 1986 as an Assistant Manager in the Dallas area and within a year she was a Training Director/Property Manager with Republic Management going on to supervise 1,289 units which included HUD foreclosures and mortgage in possessions sites for the Houston HUD office. While working with these sites, in 1991 Tammy helped organize and implement with the Baytown Police Department on-site “Cop Shops” which were utilized by law enforcement agencies to deter crime at the sites.

She joined AOG Living in 1996 as a Property Manager, became Orion’s Operation Specialist in 2004 and is now a Regional Supervisor. Tammy brings over 31 years of multi-family property management knowledge and experience to her position. Her property management experience includes HUD foreclosures and mortgage in possessions, Non-profit Community Cooperatives, Conventional, Tax Credit, Bond, Section 8, Project Based Section 8, HOME Funds and Public Housing. In 2000 then Congressman Ken Bentsen and Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development William Apgar, presented one of the sites under her management the honor of the national “Best Practices Award” for affordable housing.

Tammy’s designations include RAD-PBV, Certified Occupancy Specials (COS), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), Uniform Physical Conditions Standard Specialist (UPCS), Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and Public Housing Specialist (PHS).
