Christian Bell

Christian joined AOG Living in September 2022 as a Regional Supervisor.
Her responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, financial reporting,
accounting, and property management for properties with multiple layers of RAD
PBV, PBRA, and LIHTC programs in Memphis, Tennessee.

Before joining AOG Living, Christian managed over 5,200 tax credit and
conventional multi-family units. Her duties included ensuring that each property
complied with state/federal regulations, the pre-audits of Project-Based Section 8
units for MOR file audits, and preparing for State/Federal REAC Inspections. These
audits and inspections consistently achieved above-average ratings.

Christian has over 15 years of experience in the management of multi-family
properties with diverse finance. She graduated with a bachelor’s in business and
international finance from Lemoyne-Owen College in Memphis, Tennessee.

She currently manages a 472-unit RAD conversion with both PBV and PBRA units,
with an additional 800 units Highrise scheduled for conversion in July 2023. She is
in the process of obtaining her Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Tax Credit
Specialist (TCS), and Certified Specialist of RAD Project-Based Vouchers (CRPBV).
