Located at 6000 Brook Road in Richmond, the 120-unit affordable senior community is in the heart of Henrico County, close to Highway 1 and adjacent to the Belmont Golf Course and the Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens. The community is easily accessible from I-95 and 295 and is just minutes from local area retail, dining and entertainment options as well as downtown Richmond.
The Atlantic at Brook Run community features one and two bedroom floor plans, complete with fully equipped kitchens, emergency call systems and AC/Heat controls. Amenities include an extensive resident activity program, free transportation service, media room, craft rooms, game room, resident lounge, on-site hair salon and more.
