Firm Establishes Footprint in Tennessee with 405 Units Added to Nationwide Portfolio
AOG Living has been chosen to manage MH Strategies I in Memphis, establishing the firm’s footprint in Tennessee with 405 units under renovation. The apartment homes will range from studios to one-, and two-bedrooms with updates to kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, HVAC systems and water heaters. Exterior upgrades are planned and amenities may include community room, gazebo, laundry room, and picnic area.
