Ashley Zubizarreta

Ashley Zubizarreta is an Investment Associate at AOG Living, where she is involved in all aspects of the development, acquisition, and asset management of the firm’s multifamily portfolio. Ashley has been in the real estate business for more than five years and has experience in multifamily development, appraisal, and property management.

Prior to joining AOG Living, Ashley worked as an analyst for Stanmore Partners, a multifamily development and investment firm where she played a role in financial underwriting and asset management oversight. Previous to Stanmore Partners, Ashley worked with an appraisal firm specializing in appraisals for institutional investors and with Transwestern on the Innovation and Quality Assurance team. Ashley received a Master of Real Estate degree from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas A&M University. She is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute.
