Mr. Bremauntz is a Principal of AOG Living Mr. Bremauntz has more than 30 years of experience in the Mexican and U.S. real estate markets as an investor, developer, and advisor.
Rene has been CCO, COO, CEO, and Board Member of several Mexican development firms. He led the acquisitions and asset management platforms of distressed real estate joint ventures formed by several globally-focused opportunity funds, including Deutsche Bank Global Real Estate, J.E. Robert Companies, GE Capital, and GMAC. He was responsible for the acquisition of more than 7,000 commercial, industrial, hospitality, and residential assets throughout Mexico, as well as the asset management of more than 14,000 properties. Rene has underwritten more than $2 billion of real estate transactions and has been directly involved in more than 64 residential and multifamily projects as both an investor and a developer.
Rene holds an MBA from IPADE and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de México (UNAM). In his free time, Rene is a competitive marathon runner.
