Michael Williams

Michael Williams is an Investment Associate at AOG Living, where he focuses on the acquisition, development, and performance of multifamily properties across the United States. Michael has over a decade of multifamily investment experience that allows him to achieve or exceed underwritten returns for investors.

Prior to joining AOG Living, he worked as Director of Asset Management for Aspen Oak Capital, where he was responsible for a $650M+ portfolio of 3,500+ units. This was after Michael worked for Civitas Capital, where he managed a $200M+ portfolio of 2,185+ units. Michael was also a broker at CBRE, where he and his team valued or divested over $1B in multifamily assets for clients.

Michael received his M.B.A. in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University, where he was a finalist in the Invesco UT National Real Estate Competition. Prior to his studies in business, he graduated from Texas Christian University. He is an active member of Champions for Children, Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, SMU Folsom Institute of Real Estate, and serves on the advisory board for TCU Real Estate. Michel is a native Houstonian and enjoys playing golf, pickle ball, and hunting in the Texas Hill Country.
