Carla Bremauntz

Carla Bremauntz is an Investment Associate at AOG Living. In this capacity, she is involved in all aspects of the development, acquisition, and asset management of the firm’s multifamily portfolio. Carla has more than five years of experience in real estate lending, underwriting, investment, and asset management.

Prior to joining AOG Living, Carla worked as an Associate at Greystone–a real estate lending, investment, and advisory company–where she played a role in financial underwriting across a variety of platforms such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Bridge, and CMBS. Carla received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Babson College. She is actively involved in Real Estate Network Empowering Women (RENEW).
