Beatrice Velasquez, PHM, COS, UPCS

Bea started her career with the AOG Living on April 3, 2012, as a Community Manager in San Antonio managing a Multi-Family Public Housing property with a total of 700 units. After spending a year at that location she was transferred to Cottage Creek where she operated in the same capacity assuming management responsibility for a total of 449 units. While at this site, she was promoted to a District Manager position. She was responsible for the site operations, but she also prepared other properties in the portfolio for REAC inspections, and MOR (Management Operating Reviews).

Prior to starting her career with AOG Living, she was employed with the Austin Housing Authority as a Community Manager. Bea is experienced and proficient with several affordable housing programs to include Housing Choice Voucher, Public Housing , and Project Based Section 8.

Bea currently holds the following designations, Public Housing Manager, Certified Occupancy Specialist, and UPCS. She also attends mandatory TDHCA tax credit training on a yearly basis.
