Building Stronger Leaders: Highlights from the 2025 AOG Living Leadership Conference

From April 14th–17th, AOG Living brought together our property management leaders from across the country to the vibrant city of San Antonio, Texas for the 2025 AOG Leadership Conference – a multi-day experience centered around growth, connection, and celebration.

The week kicked off with a Vendor Cocktail Party, where over 60 valued partners joined our team for an evening of networking, giveaways, and engaging conversations. On Tuesday evening, the much-anticipated AOG Evening of Excellence took center stage. Our team was treated to a formal dinner and awards ceremony honoring standout performance across the company, topped off with a dazzling performance by a mentalist magician.

In addition to internal events, our teams had the opportunity to participate in ResMania, a premier industry gathering focused on innovation and education in property management. This powerful combination of internal development and external insight gave our teams a well-rounded and inspiring experience.

“The tradition of the AOG Leadership Conference is to give our associates a place to bond, team build, communicate with each other what is working for them in their markets, and to further nurture their own leadership skills together,” said Sara Hinson, Director of Systems at AOG Living as she reflected on the impact of the event.
