AOG Living Awarded Management for 17 Communities, Adding to Our Nationwide Management Portfolio
AOG Living has been awarded the management contract for 17 affordable communities, adding to its management portfolio in Tennessee, Arkansas, Lousiana, and Texas.
The communities in Tennessee include Forest Park Apartments in Nashville and River Bend Place in Memphis. Lousiana communities include Valencia Villas in Hammond, Broadmoor Village in Independence, and 200 Carondelet, Elmwood Apartments, Indiana Homes, and Orleans Place in New Orleans. Arkansas communities include Broadway Village and Rainier Village in Memphis, Arkansas. Texas management contracts include Homes of Parker Commons and two senior living communities, Oak Timbers Fort Worth South and Oak Timbers North Greenbriar, in Fort Worth; Parkland Pointe in Arlington, The Meadows Apartments in Garland, and West Virginia Village Apartments in Dallas.
